Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program: Employer / Job Offer

Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) helps employers meet their human resource needs for workers, by enabling them to recruit foreign workers and international students. Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has a target of 5,200 nominations in 2015, this includes nominations for both the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) and Ontario Express Entry.

Approved employers can recruit foreign workers through the Foreign Worker Category and International Student With a Job Offer Category.

Ontario is working to attract foreign corporations and entrepreneurs – and their new business ideas, talent and investment – to the province. Under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP), entrepreneurs looking to implement a new business idea and key staff of corporations seeking to expand operations in Ontario can be nominated by the Province for permanent residence.

OINP is now accepting applications under the Corporate Stream and Expression of Interests (EOIs) in the Entrepreneur Stream.
