ITC Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Services are backed by a simple refund policy.

At ITC, we are committed to ensuring the rights and fair treatment of our clients. This commitment is exemplified by our own refund policy. We believe that you should not have to pay for services that have not been properly rendered or have not provided. 

You have several levels of assurance when retaining our services and you will not be billed for the services we haven’t provided.

  • We offer a 14-Day, No Hassle, Money Back Guarantee on any retainer you sign with ITC related to your immigration matters. You will receive a full refund immediately, if you decide to terminate your contract with us within 14 days of signing the contract, unless of course the case is lodged (i.e.: Your file submitted).

    We understand that it is a hard and important decision to enter to an agreement for your immigration project. We also understand that circumstances may change that won’t let you continue with your project as you have planned. So we are willing to give you the peace of mind to make your decision even after we start the process for you.

    Just give us a notice within 14 days and we will terminate the retainer and refund the full amount paid.

  • In case of withdrawal (for any reason) after the case is lodged, we offer a refund of fees paid for immigration services, minus the work we performed prior to the date of the request for the refund. Upon written request, ITC will offer a refund on any unearned fees paid to the office. We will provide you with an itemization detailing all work done on your case for which our office seeks compensation up to the limit that you have already paid.

  • If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services to you (as outlined by your retainer agreement), you will be refunded your fees for the amount paid according to the refund policy outlined in the agreement.
